One of the most common problems requiring help, is the shopping cart. It's important to know how the shopping cart works. When you place an item in the cart, it will stay there until you 'checkout' or 'remove' the item.  This is very handy, in the event you get the boot off line, or have a system problem.

However, if you place an item in the cart, and decide to come back later, the item may have been deleted from our inventory if too much time has passed.

This means, you need to refresh each page before you 'checkout' and you need to check your shopping cart for items from other visits to our site. If there are items in the cart from other visits, remove them, and then replace them. This will tell you if the item is available.

ORDERS SHIP OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS WHEN ORDER IS RECEIVED BY NOON MON-FRI.

Normal shipping is Ground Shipping.   Overnight Shipping Available.

Monday through Friday orders received by 12:00 noon EST will be shipped out within 24 hours, except in extreme cases related to weather, unforeseen events, holidays, or out of stock items.

Orders received on Friday after 12:00 noon EST may be shipped out on Saturday.  Otherwise, these Friday orders, Saturday and Sunday orders will not be considered as received until Monday and the 24 hour policy will then apply.  Thus, they may not be shipped out until Tuesday.  Shipping terms apply to in stock items only. Out of stock items will take longer.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:

This service is available to most zip codes in the eastern U.S. for an extra fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES:

On all international orders there will be an additional charge for shipping.  You will be contacted with the additional charges prior to shipping.  All international orders are handled on an individual basis to determine which is the most cost-effective means to ship your ordered product depending upon weight and location where it will be shipped.
